You can invite people to support you through a financial donation, sponsoring a specific need, donating an item or service for your auction, or simply sharing your fundraiser.
A personal letter is a simple way to connect with people and give them an opportunity to be part of your mission.
Of course, you can make any changes you feel are appropriate or write your own personal letter.
Gala Dinner
Bring your friends, family, church, or community together for a meaningful evening that raises funds for your mission trip. Host a dinner at your home, church, community center, or local venue and make it as simple or creative as you like.
Add fun fundraising activities such as a silent or live auction, raffle, games, mission trivia, or a “Fund the Mission” giving moment. You can also invite local businesses and friends to donate gift cards, experiences, baskets, or services to auction.
It’s a great way to share your mission and give others the opportunity to be part of what you’re doing.
